The SAC style injectors are new on the market. They are only available for injectors 45% and larger. With this newly designed nozzle the needle (that's within the nozzle) only needs to seal one opening whereas the VCO nozzle needs to seal every opening or leakage will occur. Additionally, there is more material being used creating a more precise spray pattern, a longer-lasting tip, and they are more reliable for the higher flow rates that are being demanded.

I ordered a turbo housing and wheel kit at the same time as my 45% over SAC's, and they arrived well packaged with the install kit, and even had a flow data sheet on the injectors (for those who are into that sort of info). After install the truck fired up and ran smooth as glass. I still need to have my truck tuned properly to accommodate for the larger injectors and turbo, but the truck runs great and its a freakin rocket. My truck has a DPS5 (with unknown tunes from previous owner), intake with turbo horn, 4" straight exhaust and a Raptor 95gph lift pump (filterless) with 1/2 sump and fuel lines, and a CAT filter adapter on the stock base. The truck also has had some trans work... LDS made transaction smooth and seamless. They sent the injectors and turbo, and when i sent the cores back they refunded me within 48 hours. Their products are as good if not better than any other aftermarket pieces i've ever used and at a much better price. HIGHLY recommend them!

These LDS SAC 45 injectors are unbelievable. Very quiet, super strong and smooth. Sounds and feels like I have a new truck! LDS sells a tune for these to make them run even better at max performance. I ran them without a tune for awhile and I was shocked how good they performed.
Bryan, Brent, Bob and Lauren are the best in the diesel business by far! I’ve spoken to them all. They will get you want you need. Best priced injectors! Best customer service of all! I will not buy LB7 parts from anyone but LDS Thanks - Brian from Oklahoma
