Each injector is assembled with only OE or OE equivalent components, the bodies are 100% reconditioned to reduce leakage, extend the life and the engines performance to like new.
Once the injectors are assembled, they pass a rigorous end of line testing to OE specs on OE equivalent test equipment, that checks for external and internal leaks, up-to 15 different pressures and pulse widths as well as injection timing beginning and end.
