DTech remanufactured common rail injectors are the product of a comprehensive remanufacturing process. All injectors are completely torn down and parts are separated. Certain parts are immediately disposed of and not reused while others go through an extensive cleaning, inspection, rework, and testing procedure. These injectors include new nozzles, control valve assemblies, and inlet fittings. All injectors are tested on state-of-the-art test benches to validate injector performance characteristics and insure proper operation. As part of the test bench validation, this injector receives a unique IQA code that must be entered into the engine management system when the injector is installed.
