GM limited slip additive is formulated for use in limited slip, posi-traction rear axles, limiting excessive clutch plate friction for reduced chatter and rear end noise. GM has formulated this limited slip lubricant to reduce unwanted noise and wear. The additive reduces friction between your limited slip or positraction differential friction plates to eliminate the annoying chatter that is common with these types of units.
