PurePower Technologies has produced more than 30 million precision diesel fuel injectors since 1999. They do 100% end-of-line testing on OE manufacturing equipment. They perform advanced end-of-life test checks, delivery, leakage and opening characteristics. Replacement of the G2.9 injectors requires removal of the high-pressure oil rail. The injector inlet seals are incorporated on the oil rail and must be replaced prior to reinstalling. Alliant Power kit AP0025 provides the necessary seals and backup rings to reseal the rail properly.
