DTech remanufactured HEUI injectors are the product of a comprehensive remanufacturing process. All injectors are completely torn down and parts are separated. Certain parts are immediately disposed of and not reused while others go through an extensive cleaning, inspection, rework, and testing procedure. These injectors include new coil and wiring harness assemblies and new DLC coated spool valves. All injectors are tested on state-of-the-art test benches to validate injector performance characteristics and insure proper operation.
