PPE GM Duramax Forged XR® Tie Rods. The PPE Forged XR Tie Rods are not only the ultimate upgrade for extreme-duty tasks such as intense off-roading and sled pulling, but also perfect replacement for the stock tie rods where the plastic ball joint seats are worn out.

These tie rods feature giant 32mm-diameter outer tie rod ball stud and extra-wide ball joint neck, providing superior strength of the connection and stability, while maintaining the stock articulation angle. The 3/4’’ inner tie rod threaded shaft ensures secured connection between the inner and the outer and is surrounded by the 1.6-inch forged outer, preventing bending/deforming.

A zerk fitting is conveniently integrated to the outer tie rod cap. Each tie rod comes pre-greased and does not require greasing for installation. The outer tie rod can be trimmed off by up to 1 inch to achieve a shorter overall length for customized steering setups.
